Refund requests must be made in writing 1 week prior to the start of the league or event by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Full refunds will be issued to the card used to place the registration of the league or event. If a league is canceled, you will be notified prior to the league or event start date and will receive a league credit or full refund. A 50% refund will be offered with a written refund request after the league starts, up until week 2 of the league. Once a league passes 2 weeks of play, a refund request will no longer be accepted.
