2025 Rules & Procedures

Ryan "DOC" Cooling joined a Delaware lacrosse league in 2014. He had a passion for the game because he enjoyed to play but mostly because he understood it's ability to turn acquaintances into family. Though he passed in August of 2019, the Ryan "DOC" Cooling Memorial Cup is dedicated to keep his passion for the game alive.
