Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing at least one (1) week prior to the start of the league or event. Requests must be emailed by the individual or team to info@delawarelacrosseleague.com.
- Full Refunds: Issued to the original payment method used at registration.
- League Cancellation: If Delaware Lacrosse League cancels a league or event, participants will be notified prior to the start date and will receive either a league credit or a full refund.
- Partial Refunds: A 50% refund may be granted if a written request is received after the league has started but before the completion of Week 2.
- No Refunds After Week 2: Once a league has passed two (2) weeks or two (2) games, no refund requests will be accepted.
- Processing Fees: Registration surcharges and processing fees charged by LeagueApps or TeamSnap are non-refundable.
Player & Team Registrations
- Team registrations made by a team captain or individual players must be paid in full no later than the end of Week 3 of league play.
- If the full team registration fee is not collected by Week 3, the team will be removed from the league schedule for the remainder of the season.
- No refunds will be issued to players or team captains in this circumstance.
- Registrations can be prorated on case by case basis *Pending League Approval
Weather & Game Scheduling
Delaware Lacrosse League cannot control weather conditions.
- Postponed games may be rescheduled if facility availability and league scheduling allow.
- Canceled games that cannot be rescheduled due to facility or league conflicts will not be made up. **Canceled Games cannot be prorated or refunded**
Officials & Game Administration Policy
Delaware Lacrosse League is partnered with the Delaware Lacrosse Officials Association (DLOA) to provide certified officials for all league games.
- Any concerns, questions, or complaints regarding officials, rule interpretations, calls, or other gameplay-related matters must be submitted to Delaware Lacrosse League and DLOA directly.
- DLOA is responsible for assigning qualified officials, ensuring adequate coverage for scheduled games, and maintaining the safety and integrity of the game for all players.
- Officials’ decisions made during gameplay are considered final and will not be protested on-site.

Lost & Found
Delaware Lacrosse League is not responsible for lost or stolen sticks, equipment, or personal items.
- Lost and found items will be held for the duration of the league.
- To inquire about a lost item, please email b.wiedenmann@bpgpsports.com.
Forfeits & No-Shows
- A team that provides same-day notice and results in a forfeit will receive a 10–0 loss.
- Any team that fails to appear (no-show) for a scheduled game will receive a 10–0 loss.
