Refund requests must be made in writing 1 week prior to the start of the league or event (by the individual or team) by emailing info@delawarelacrosseleague.com. Full refunds will be issued to the payment method used to place the registration of the league or event. If a league is canceled, you will be notified prior to the league or event start date and will receive a league credit or full refund. A 50% refund will be offered with a written refund request after the league start date, up until week 2 of the league. Once a league passes 2 weeks or 2 games of play, a refund request will no longer be accepted. Surcharges and Processing Fees will NOT be refunded through platforms LeagueApps or TeamSnap used for registrations.
Team Registrations: Any league registration made by a team captain or a player registering for a team, must be completed/paid in full no later than the 3rd week of league games. If a team registration amount is not met by the 3rd week, the team will be removed from the league schedule for the remainder of the season. No refunds will be given to players/team captains. Registrations will not be prorated.
We cannot control the weather. Delaware Lacrosse League will reschedule *Postponed Games if the schedule allows for adding additional games. Canceled games cannot be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict within the league or facility.
Lost & Found
We are not responsible for lost/stolen sticks, equipment, etc. Lost and found items will be held on to for the duration of the league. Please contact b.wiedenmann@bpgpsports.com with any lost item inquires.
League Forfeit or No-Show
Any team that gives notice in the same day of a league-play game, that results in a forfeit; shall end in a 10-0 Loss to the forfeiting team. If a team "No-Shows" to a scheduled league game; the score will result in a 10-0 Loss to the "No-Show" team.
